Water

Today I opened an email from the General Affairs office at TCIS and it read: There have been incidents of students being eletrocuted while drinking cold water from a fountain. With this in mind we have, therefore, unplugged the drinking fountain to prevent a potentially fatal incident from occuring. Even though unplugged please be aware the drinking fountain will still be working.......only that the water will not be cold. Should you wish to drink a glass of cold cold water, there is a ready supply of water in the frig to satisfy this need. Thank you for your understanding. Somjai

And this following yesterday's meeting during which the Headmaster, Mr. Wu, candidly told the staff that they are working hard here at TCIS to provide us with luxuries like clean drinking water by their recent installation of water purifiers around the school. Last year's returning teachers looked at one another wondering what it was they were drinking before?!
