Critters in Bangkok

Tanya, my co-worker/neighbor, and I were taking our daily ten minute walk down the soi to the bus stop on Monday morning when we came upon a GIGANTIC millipede!

I didn't realize such creatures were in the city! It looked like something straight out of the jungle.

I didn't have my camera, but I found a similar one online to demonstrate what it looked like, although I believe it was fatter than the one pictured. It had the girth of a bratwurst - absolute nastiness!
