Ho Chi Minh City, more commonly known as Saigon inside of Vietnam, has a plethora of choices for foodies. To take advantage of this, a group of us started Pink Lady Wednesdays when we hop on our scooters after a long day in front of the white board and check out a new restaurant. It makes the week go by faster and gives us a chance to enjoy one another's company, as well as tasty Saigon eats!
