Mui Ne

For our one week October break, we boarded a train to the beach community of Mui Ne with Elizabeth and Vince, better known as A Little Bit and Bince. We stayed in the Lotus Mui Ne, a very nice resort for the low, low price of $50 per night, including a nice breakfast. We had nothing on our agenda, other than a visit to the sand dunes, which was just what the doctor ordered.

The four hour train ride was comfortable and entertaining.

It was nice just looking out the window.
Sienna had no trouble sleeping.
Thank goodness these women couldn't understand Sienna because
she commented on the lady's "funny face," referring to all the wrinkles.
Sienna shared her crayons and coloring book with her new friends.
We made it and it's even nicer than I had expected!
I spent a few days relaxing on this patio as Sienna napped.
Off to the beach
Sienna being pampered at the spa free of charge
She fell asleep just minutes into her massage; I would never have imagined!
Joking about Vince's dinner; not exactly what he had in mind,
but Sienna managed to torment him about it.
Ahhh, refreshing!
Dinner at the Indian restaurant, Ganesh. Sienna was the life of
the party; garnering the attention of the cooks and wait staff.
Elizabeth wanting to save the chained up monkey
Cheese!
Who knew they had sand dunes in Vietnam?!

Resting after a rough day in the dunes
Heading home on the train and watching the dragon fruit go by; an excellent trip had by all!
