Chipotle Dip

Another yammy recipe, as my Thai friend Goi would say!

Glenn, a friend, co-worker and former chef, told me about this yammy dip on Saturday and I ran out and bought the ingredients yesterday.

It's as simple as it gets; you take mayonnaise and blend it together with chipotle peppers to taste. I like it spicy, so I used three or four peppers and a small jar of mayo.

Depending upon where you live, you should be able to find either canned or *fresh chipotle peppers. I like the canned ones because they're adobados, which you naturally know is marinated, in a spicy sauce.

*Glenn informed me that there is no such thing as "fresh" chipotle peppers. They are simply smoked jalapenos. Good to know!
