Buying in Bulk

I decided to add weight lifting to my running regimen and see if I could increase my strength to make running easier and more fun.

My friend Crystal assured me that results would come quicker if I followed her nutritionist's suggestions of including protein as the staple of every meal with only a few "good" carbohydrates and loads of veggies.

I headed to Sam's Club to find protein powder. I think this should last me a while!
