School Rules from a Student's Perspective

In the weeks leading up to the Christmas break, things were a little hectic at school due to the lack of normalcy that always surrounds this time of year. After morning break, I walked up to my third floor classroom and, in reaching the top of the stairs, could already hear the mayhem at the end of the hall.

The students know better than to yell and scream in the classroom, so when I arrived I told them I was not happy with their behavior and they were to quietly write in their notebooks the classroom behavior rules, as it appeared they needed reminding.

I collected them and read the kids' perspective on the rules. One of them was too funny not to share.

Kids are amazing!
